About This Project

Cincinnati, OH - 179,295 s.f.

K4 was hired for Architecture & Interior Design services to modernize the interior of a dated office building at the intersection of Cornell Road and Reed Hartman Highway.

One of the main goals was to brighten up the dark space, which was achieved through the use of new vibrant colors and textures. The re-designed stairwell was achieved by removing the glazing from the elevated floors and concrete panels from the elevated walkways.

K4 worked in collaboration with Furniture Solutions for the Workplace on the new and contemporary interior.

“We chose to partner with K4 as they think like an owner of real estate, not just an architectural consultant.  No matter the scale of the engagement, K4 works to understand the vision we at NPI are trying to create and tailor their designs to meet this vision with an understanding of the ‘value’ their work adds to the asset.”
