K4 was hired to design/build a 17,000 s.f. Assisted Living apartment building and a 34,000 s.f. Skilled Nursing Facility in two phases.
Phase 1 included the development of a 16 unit Assisted Living apartment building with a large central dining room, an overlook for outdoor eating space, plus a common laundry & spa.
Phase 2 included the development of a Skilled Nursing Facility for long-term care patients.
The facility includes 13 resident rooms, a Rehabilitation area, as well as Administrative offices.
