With a focus on multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments, Jim offers 30 years of experience in architectural design and project management. He has completed work for a diverse range of clients that includes private investors, commercial developers and public institutions. His knowledge, of regulatory codes and the planning review process, has guided clients pursuing real estate developments especially those involving public-private partnerships. He has managed the design of mixed-use development project with construction values up to $50 million. Jim has served on volunteer committees seeking to bring innovative planning principals such as form-based codes to the agenda of municipal governments. He holds degrees in both architecture and business administration.
