About Jim Mehringer
Jim graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and worked in various trades during summers while going to school. Jim has worked for multi-national developers and general contractors as construction manager/project manager on large downtown office/retail projects, industrial projects, athletic buildings at major universities, shopping centers and hotel projects around the country. He has worked as a construction manager for architectural firms on national retail and redevelopment projects. Jim has provided cost/schedule/construction management consulting for many varied projects around the country for a large hospital corporation, convention centers, major and minor league baseball and football stadiums, major higher educational facilities and gambling venues and built a ground-up 300-room hotel complex in Grand Cayman and a 20-story interior shell fit-out of a hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. Jim has worked with a few world-renown architects and engineers on some award-winning projects and has been responsible to clients for project due diligence, design, budgeting, client requirements, permitting, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close-out of projects.
