ABOUT MIKE KOLENZ
Mike has been with K4 since 2004 and has over 15 years’ experience in the architectural industry; spending the majority of his time on financial projects, but also has experience in retail, health care, industrial , municipal, military, and religious sectors. Mike is involved in all stages of a project from the early preliminary design phase to construction administration and project close out.
