ABOUT RICK POSEY, AIA
Rick has more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in architecture, facility planning, and construction management. With K4, he has been Principal Architect and Project Manager for a wide range of public projects including Universities, School Districts, City and County Governments and Libraries. He has extensive experience in private sector markets such as Commercial, Financial, Retail, Corporate and Industrial development and planning. Additionally, he has worked with several not-for-profit and governmental entities in many aspects of planning and needs assessment for their internal growth. His duties as a Principal with K4 include overseeing Design, Risk Management, Professional Practice and Development, and sponsoring and mentoring recent architectural graduate employees in the NCARB Intern Development Program.
