The building used for Commonwealth Credit Union’s Cane Run branch, was acquired from a former credit union and needed an extensive refresh. This remodel exposed many challenges for the design team involving a circular layout that was not consistent with Commonwealth’s typical branch design.
The complete interior and modified exterior remodel included a bump out to the building that added multiple offices, expanded the lobby space, and adapted Commonwealth’s branding and aesthetic to the new design. As you can see from the exterior before photo, the K4 team was able to create a signature element for the new building, making it very visible from the street, especially at night.
