ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Parma, OH – 3,714 s.f.

Firefighters Community Credit Union approached K4 to design and build a new retail branch. The design of the lobby incorporates a hybrid teller line and a modified teller pod combo.

One of the obstacles Firefighters wanted to address was preventing the separation of the tellers between the lobby service of the guests and the drive thru lanes. In doing so, K4 installed a video drive thru lane, concealed drive-up tubes by building them seemlessly into the teller line, and implemented cash recycling machines to increase speed and efficiency.

Aesthetically, to keep with the feel of the firehouse motif, K4 utilized Firefighters existing branding and their bold red color scheme into the space, installed a back entrance that mimics a fire station garage door, and at night the building emits an eye-catching glow of red to passerbys.
