ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Brownsburg, IN – 22,080 s.f.

The State Bank of Lizton acquired this building that they were formerly leasing and purchased it with the intent to convert to their corporate headquarters and consolidate all operations from existing locations into this main office.

The original building was 14,400 s.f. and K4 added a two-story addition to both sides of an existing front entry and also modified the building exterior to match prototypical materials of existing branches.

The design allows for State Bank of Lizton to operate more efficiently and offers space for new employees as they continue to grow.
