Alliance Bank approached K4 for Architecture & Interior Design services to accommodate their project needs for an interior remodel and drive-up ATM addition. This was K4’s first partnership with Alliance Bank and the design challenge was to rework the existing space for additional office/ATM/server room additions while infusing the bank’s new branding throughout the space.
The exterior work includes a new drive-up ATM addition designed to blend seamlessly with the existing exterior aesthetic.
The main focus of the project was the interior remodel and improving efficiency with more substantial lobby space, and re-orienting offices with a clear and direct line of site to lobby and teller areas. New finishes were incorporated to create a timeless feel along with a neutral palette accompanied by wood tones, to add warmth to the space, and to emphasize the green accents of the bank’s established brand elements.
