This is the second loan production office and non-traditional branch that K4 has partnered on with Forcht Bank. Located in downtown Lexington, KY, this 1,344 square foot office located across from Rupp Arena offers access to business banking experts, an OnDemand Video Banking Teller, and casual café seating with access to WIFI.
In continuation of the non-traditional design, this branch features interactive, open areas for loan processing with all transactions conducted by an Interactive Teller Machine in the front lobby, and all new accounts opened online.
K4 worked closely with the Forcht Bank leadership team to create an inviting, multi-use space at this very busy corner of West Main and North Broadway. This location can accommodate 1-on-1 meetings with the two private offices, as well as loan closings. The shared common areas, which resemble a small café, feature bench seating along the wall, as well as a high-top bar area ideal for laptop use. The office also features amenities such as a coffee bar, public WIFI, and a 6-foot LED fork which has become a recognized symbol for the bank brand.
