ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Troy, OH – 1,890 s.f.

Greenville Federal Bank was looking to expand their branch network with an additional location in the Troy, OH market and found a former bank branch facility in an area of interest. The existing facility was 1890 SF, had three drive-thru lanes, and although dated and in need of extensive work to both the exterior and interior, fit their needs.

Greenville Federal approached K4 to develop a floor plan and exterior design concepts similar to their Tipp City location, completed two years prior. The intent was to create a new branch with three teller stations, two offices, a conference room, and to incorporate their existing brand elements to create consistency between the two locations.

K4 incorporated the same palette of materials, colors and finishes on both the exterior and the interior, as well as the prominent Greenville Federal Bank tower at the building entrance. The interior included historic images, and other interior design efforts consistent with the Greenville Federal Bank brand identity.
