Washington, IN – 1,800 S.F.
Springs Valley approached K4 for their new branch located in Washington, IN. The design challenge was having to work within a particularly small and narrow space. K4 was able to include four offices, a conference room, a break room, storage, a tech bar, and a concierge like teller pod all within only 1,800 square feet.
The interior design also incorporated organically flowing carpeting to draw the eye through the building in a way that creates more space. Also incorporated was Springs Valley’s new branding including their logo and color scheme to add a professional corporate feel.
