ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Tiffin, OH – 7,015 S.F.

Sutton Bank has made significant renovation and remodel investment of more than $1.5 Million in their existing 7,015 SF retail bank branch facility located in Tiffin, OH.

Exterior improvements included enhancement of the building façade to incorporate Sutton Bank’s well-established brand, and a relocation of the drive-thru to improve traffic flow around the facility. The improvements also included extensive site and building demolition and construction to complete the renovation project. The new drive-thru was created within the existing exterior walls of the retail center. A former tenant moved out of the facility, so K4’s creative team designed a concept of incorporating the drive-thru at the east end of the structure within the walls and roof structure of the existing structure. The new building façade has an EIFS tower feature resembling Sutton Bank’s iconic logo, cultured stone veneer, and North Elevation façade complete with EIFS canopy and new aluminum storefront doors and windows.

The interior work involved demolition and construction to completely renovate the current Sutton Bank tenant space to combine with the adjacent vacant tenant space to expand the size and improve functionality within the facility. Sutton Bank has also made a significant branding investment with incorporated brand elements throughout both the facility exterior and interior.
