Harlan, IN – 5,241 s.f.
K4 has worked with The Antwerp Exchange Bank on various projects over the years and was honored to build and design their new branch in Harlan, IN. The new branch is located in the heart of Amish country and serving that community was imperative in the design of the new facility.
The building features a walk-up window inside the lobby vestibule and graphics centered around showcasing the community. A traditional teller line and drive-thru, and a residential style of interior were incorporated for a warmer, home-like feel.
The project also included a basement for future potential growth. One of the most unique aspects of the new facility is an exterior barn for guests to keep their horses in while inside the building. The barn is complete with a roof for shelter, hitching posts, and water to tend to the horses.
