Commonwealth Credit Union’s Georgetown retail branch is the first interactive only branch for Commonwealth that is teller free and uses strictly ITM’s in the lobby. Upon entering the branch, members are greeted by a branch manager on a virtual video wall. A small office staff is also available on-site for more in-depth transactions and member care.
The ITM only branch provides a new experience for members and incorporates the technology of motion activated electrified glass that fogs up behind the user when the ITM is in use providing additional privacy. Another new feature used at Georgetown are the acoustic printed branding panels used throughout the space for sound control.
