K4 led the design process with FRCH Design and Enriching Spaces to develop four floors, a total of 85,000 SF, at First Financial’s new corporate headquarters in downtown Cincinnati, formerly known as the Chemed Center.
The project included a new banking center off of the lobby on the ground floor. K4’s work started in the programming and master planning phase and continued throughout the completion of construction and occupancy. The K4 team worked hand in hand with the bank’s in-house and contracted construction teams and vendors.
