ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Tipp City, OH – 2,100 s.f.

Greenville Federal moved into a former pharmacy when it opened a branch in Tipp City, Ohio. The bank turned to K4 Architecture + Design to create a new space that served the needs of its customers.

The key challenge for the team was incorporating various operational elements Greenville needed in the relatively small existing building (which was made even smaller to accommodate a drive-though lane). K4 was able to incorporate three teller lines, conference rooms and lending offices into the branch design, all within 2,100 square feet of space.

Greenville is proud of its commitment to Tipp City and its 135-year history as a local, independent bank. The new branch design incorporated historic images, local school logos and other elements into the interior design.
