L&N Federal Credit Union partnered with K4 to design and build a new retail branch located in New Albany, IN. The brand identity was communicated through the exterior of the building, with the design mimicking their main campus, and using natural materials.
The interior space utilized L&N’s existing color palette and includes office space and a tech center. When guests enter the building, they receive a personal warm welcome in the lobby from the member service desk before proceeding to the traditional teller line.
