With the western location of the Mayfield Spine Clinic, the goal was to design the space to improve patient flow and staff and physician communication. They wanted to also implement a new electronic patient registration system where patients can directly input information on a tablet computer to streamline the registration process. Another challenge was to take the design aesthetic from the corporate office location and to seamlessly give this location the same look and feel their patients recognize.
