THE UNION BANK CO – OPS CENTER

The Union Bank Co. former operations center downtown was in three separate buildings. They had outgrown their old space, and it also lacked a layout conducive to a productive workflow.

They hired K4 for their design services for the new Operations Center; featuring a large board room and training room, and a large storage area for record retention.

The exterior design focuses on a tower feature at the main entrance similar to their Bowling Green and Ottawa Branch reinforcing the brand created by K4 years earlier. The height of the tower creates a visual beacon for their members to identify with their Credit Union.
