K4 Architecture worked with First Financial Bank as the Architect of Record for their flagship Community location in downtown Cincinnati, at the corner of Fourth and Vine Streets.vK4 was brought in early in the process with the Designers, WD Partners from Columbus, to create a Multi-Purpose Events Center, Work Space and Retail Branch for the Business Community.
The project included a banking center and offices along with access to Wi-Fi, a coffee bar, casual shared work environment, multiple meeting spaces and an event space. K4 worked hand in hand with the in-house team and outside vendors to produce a state of the art space in an existing high profile building in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati.
