Bowling Green, KY – 3,530 s.f. retail bank branch + 1,500 s.f. future tenant retail space
K4 Architecture + Design is proud to partner with Morgantown Bank & Trust, a forward-thinking community bank in Kentucky that understands the value of a strong brand presence. Our collaboration began with the design of their new two-story Main Office, strategically located across the street from their current Headquarters location. This project emphasizes their commitment to innovation and community banking and is currently in progress.
During this process, Morgantown Bank & Trust identified the limitations of their currently leased retail space in Bowling Green, KY. This led to the search for a new location, in a new market area of Bowling Green, that better aligns with their long-term objectives. Through close collaboration, we developed a cutting-edge retail branch concept that includes additional retail space, introducing a new revenue stream for the bank.
Our design seamlessly incorporates elements from the Main Office prototype, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all facilities and enhancing the bank's image as an innovative leader in community banking. This unified approach not only reinforces their brand presence but also supports their vision for growth in the region.
